We use Slack a lot here at XRay. We also use Notion for all our tasks. In an effort to capture more tasks, we created a series of automations to log Slack messages (Reacted with specific emojis 
) to auto-create tasks, and fill in the parameters.
We’re considering packaging this and sharing it with more people here.
We even handle edge cases, like the channel isn’t mapped yet:
