Bug fixed - Convert section to board was not working properly
Add missing feedback notifications for section actions (convert-to-board & delete)
Send XRay Slack alerts when a user creates an account by accepting an invite (we were only logging to Slack the users that created an account via the normal register flow - not the invite acceptance - now we are)
